I am a Certified Instructor with American Heart Association (AHA) and American Red Cross. My degrees are in both Integrative Medicine and Communications making me passionate about teaching life saving skills like First Aid and CPR. I am a Certified Mental Health First Responder with National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), as well as, a Yoga Instructor certified by Yoga Alliance for more than 4-years. I strive to support youth by teaching health and wellness and have taught in both public and private institutions; including Rocky Mountain High School in Fort Collins.
As an Instructor with American Heart Association (AHA), American Red Cross, and formerly Emergency Response Training Services I ensure participants acquire confidence, and skills needed as first responders, to sustain the life of a victim during states of emergency.
